extensively with staff departments to increase their impact on
organizational performance. Harvey has given numerous talks and
workshops on goal setting, work planning, management development, and
the consulting process.
Harvey contributed Chapter 4, "Gain Rapid Results On Key Goals", to Schaffer Consulting's book Rapid Results! How 100-Day Projects Build the Capacity for Large-Scale Change
(Jossey-Bass, 2005). Among his many articles on organizational effectiveness is "Successful Change Programs Begin with Results"
(co-authored with Robert Schaffer) which has been one of the most
widely reprinted articles from the Harvard Business Review
