Robert Schaffer at the 2016 Global Leadership Forum

Robert Schaffer will address the 2016 Global Leadership Forum sponsored by the World Bank Group. The session discusses the identification of clear goals, the discipline of implementing plans and the role that teams play.

On June 2, Robert Schaffer will address the 2016 Global Leadership Forum sponsored by the World Bank Group.

The 2016 Global Leadership Forum will bring together 200 partners, leaders and practitioners from government, private enterprise, academia, civil society, foundations, and other international development organizations working in areas of collaborative leadership.

Through interactions and sharing of experiences with leadership experts, development practitioners, and innovators who have found new ways to unblock challenges, the Forum seeks to create awareness of and agreement on the importance of exercising leadership in bringing together diverse stakeholders to achieve results. The Forum will also seek to lay the foundation of how partners could work together to pursue the development of leadership interventions and coalitions for better development outcomes.

Mr. Schaffer's presentation will take place on June 2, and attendees will include representatives from organizations playing leadership roles advancing important social causes around the world as well as members of the Bank's staff itself. Schaffer's talk will focus on "Linking Leadership and Results", a subject in which Schaffer Consulting has been a leading contributor for many years.
